Purpose
The Highest Scoring Abstract in Quality Improvement Award recognizes the highest scoring abstract in quality improvement.
Important Deadlines
All authors must submit their abstract(s) before the Heart Rhythm 2023 abstract submission site closes on December 15, 2023, at 11:59 PM Eastern Time.
Submission Process
All interested Quality Improvement award applicants must submit their abstract to the following abstract submission category using the HRS2024 abstract submission site.
- Health Economics category
- Practice Management category
Review Process
In addition to abstract reviewer scores, award validation will be performed by the HRS Quality Improvement Committee in conjunction with the Heart Rhythm 2024 Chair and Vice Chair. Award selection will be based on both relative abstract scores and relative subject matter.
Awards
Award winners receive:
- The opportunity to present their abstract during an oral abstract session at HRS2024 in Boston, Massachusetts
- Commemorative plaque
- Complimentary registration to Heart Rhythm 2024
- $1,500 cash award
- Honorable mention at the Heart Rhythm 2024 Awards Ceremony.
