Recognizes the top abstract presented to women in EP.
Purpose
The Highest Scoring Abstract Award for Women in EP recognizes the highest scoring abstracts submitted by a female investigator or highest scoring abstracts on the topic of gender-specific arrhythmias.
Eligibility
Abstracts must conform to the published abstract rules and procedures and be received by the published deadline.
The Heart Rhythm Society Program Chair and Abstract Chair will select the award winner in consultation with the Program Committee as needed. Award selection will be based on both relative abstract scores, award criteria and relative subject matter.
Awards
Award winners receive:
- Complimentary Heart Rhythm registration
- Honorary mention at the Heart Rhythm Women in EP Luncheon
- $1,500 cash award
- Commemorative plaque.
