2020 Heart Rhythm Scientific Sessions

HRS was founded by clinicians and researchers who understood the value of sharing ideas with others to advance the profession and from that vision the Scientific Sessions has grown to become the largest and most widely recognized event in the field of heart rhythm care. The decision to cancel for the first time in the history of the Society was not an easy one, but clearly the only choice in this unprecedented time.

Registration Refunds

Registered attendees will receive an email from our registration vendor in the next week with the option to request a full refund minus any membership dues and/or donations paid with your registration.  Please be patient and allow up to 90 days for these refunds to be processed.  If you do not reply to the registration email by April 30, we will process your refund at that time.

Hotel & Travel Cancellations

For those who had reserved hotel accommodations through onPeak (the official hotel partner of #HRS2020), HRS will cancel those reservations - no further action will be required on your part. If you made reservations on your own, please contact the hotel or third-party you utilized. Airline carriers have relaxed their cancellation penalties as well at this time - please call or visit their website to cancel and refund your booked travel.
