Several New Cardiology & Electrophysiology Compensation Reports Released
The Medical Group Management Association (MGMA) recently released its 2024 Provider Compensation Data Report, finding that cardiology compensation increased from 2022 to 2023 by approximately 5%.

This supports recent findings from the American Medical Group Association survey that cardiology compensation increased by 8% from 2023 to 2024, with electrophysiologist compensation tracking closely at an 8.2% increase. The AMGA statement on the survey highlighted that it seems that most increases are being driven by enhanced productivity.
