HRS Leadership Programs (GLOBE, GLOWE, LEAP)

HRS is pleased to offer three leadership programs for women EP, Allied Professionals, and Black EPs. These programs will improve inclusivity and decision-making, and address challenges for specific groups in EP with continued education, coaching, and building professional networks that will strengthen participants’ leadership skills and further their professional reach. Applications now open until January 31, 2024.

Growth and Leadership Opportunity for Black Electrophysiologists (GLOBE)

Black EPs have traditionally been underrepresented at the executive level within the healthcare ecosystem. HRS’ new Growth and Leadership Opportunity for Black Electrophysiologists (GLOBE) program is a leadership program, expertly curated to support the needs of Black EPs while developing opportunities to increase their visibility within their institutions and the EP ecosystem at large.

Growth and Leadership Opportunity for Women in Electrophysiology (GLOWE)

Research has shown that women face specific challenges in the medical professional environment. HRS’ Growth and Leadership Opportunity for Women in Electrophysiology (GLOWE) program will address women’s opportunities and challenges within the context of an EP career, and will help participants put effective, collaborative methods of leadership to work within HRS and their organizations.
