HRS offers special membership rates for those who live in countries that are classified as low or lower-middle income by the World Bank.

Membership is free for the first year for those who live in countries that are categorized as low or lower-middle income by the World Bank. After the first year, these members receive a 50% discount on the international rates.

Discounts are given upon checkout for membership applications and renewals. Members from low or lower middle income countries receive full benefits.
