HRS has a long-standing commitment to accelerate lasting and meaningful change in Electrophysiology, including supporting our members in their professional development. We are pleased to offer three leadership programs for women EP, Allied Professionals, and Black EPs. These programs will improve inclusivity and decision-making, and address challenges for specific groups in EP with continued education, coaching, and building professional networks that will strengthen participants’ leadership skills and further their professional reach.
