The HRS comments focus on payment changes due to revisions to the evaluation and management services, the proposed add-on code for inherent complexity, the application of E/M increases to codes with 10 and 90-day global periods, CMS’ response to Relative Value Scale Update Committee (RUC) recommended work values for certain electrophysiology services, and proposed updates to the Quality Payment Program.
