Tim Gregory
Tim Gregory serves as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer (DCEO) at the Heart Rhythm Society (HRS). In this role, he supports the CEO as second in command, providing executive leadership, driving strategic initiatives, and overseeing daily operations to achieve organizational goals. Tim collaborates with the Executive Team to implement HRS’s strategic plan and leads the Society’s global, education, and meetings strategy. He oversees a wide portfolio that includes scientific journals, clinical and scientific documents, educational offerings, global programs, annual meetings, and strategic partnerships, ensuring they align with HRS’s mission and member needs.
With over 17 years at HRS, Tim has held various roles that have significantly contributed to enhancing content development, service delivery, and volunteer engagement. His leadership has strengthened organizational impact and fostered collaboration across HRS’s member base.
Tim brings more than 30 years of professional experience in education development, project management, organizational leadership, meeting planning, budget oversight, and cultural improvement. Before joining HRS in 2007, he held leadership roles at The Catholic University of America, Brailsford & Dunlavey, and California State University campuses (Dominguez Hills and Northridge), as well as the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities.
Tim holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Minnesota-Morris and a Master of Education in Counseling Psychology/College Student Personnel Administration from James Madison University. His extensive expertise and passion for advancing HRS’s mission position him as a key leader within the organization.
